The mission of the Alamance Chamber is to enhance the welfare of business and to promote and stimulate economic vitality in the Alamance County area for the benefit of its investors and the community.
We are an investment-based, volunteer-led, non-profit community and economic development organization. The chamber provides a wealth of resources and support for new and existing businesses, visitors and tourists, current and relocating residents to the area, and the general public.
We serve as a marketing organization with two major functions: helping investors enhance their business growth, and economic development activities geared toward attracting and retaining industry, as well as cultivating entrepreneurial growth.
The Alamance Chamber is actively seeking the next standout business that demonstrates both the potential and ambition to grow and flourish within our community. We are specifically targeting companies that are preparing to or just entering their growth stage—those with a viable brand, a defined market for their products or services, and an established customer base. Additionally, these businesses have creative, innovative, and scalable business models. All applicants must be owners/founders of a for-profit enterprise in Alamance County, NC.
Applications will be accepted through October 29, 2025 at 7:00 pm ET.
It will take a couple of hours to complete the application form. You will need a copy of your business plan, your business' most recent checking account statement, your company's operating budget, and current P&L and balance sheet. You will also be required to submit a photo of your driver's license, (front and back).
